So here we have provided a list of ingredients we use in the creation of our always-evolving menu along with their health and nutritional benefits. Apple

Rich in Vitamins A, Beta Carotene, Vitamin C, Fiber, Phosphorous, Phytonutrients, Potassium and Flavonoids – aids in heart function, normal blood pressure, reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, asthma and diabetes, increases bowl regularity, offers bone-density protection.
