crabshack1The Crab Shack

Gay Friendly Restaurant in Tybee Island, GA

The concept for The Crab Shack began in 1990. Prior to that it was just a sleepy little fishing camp with a boat hoist, boat storage, live bait sales and a bar in the ship's store where the locals could congregate and exaggerate their catches at the end of a day's fishing. My wife at the time, Belinda Flanigan, and I are licensed Captains and we ran fishing charters. Belinda (still my business partner) ran inshore while I ran offshore charters.
